Terms overview

Use CVura as a career tool—not a promise of an outcome.

This plain-language overview highlights important product limits. Rocket Digital Limited’s official Terms of Service are the controlling legal terms.

Your professional information

You are responsible for the truth, accuracy, and suitability of every resume claim, application answer, cover letter, interview response, and document you share.

CVura can organize, analyze, and suggest improvements, but you must review the result and ensure it reflects experience you can support.

Scores and career guidance

CVura quality, ATS simulation, match, readiness, opportunity, interview, and other scores are private decision aids. They do not represent an employer, hiring system, salary guarantee, or prediction of a job outcome.

No employer representation

CVura is an independent preparation and organization tool. It is not affiliated with or acting for the employer, recruiter, job board, applicant-tracking system, educational institution, or other organization named in user-provided material.

A match result cannot reveal hidden criteria, the applicant pool, internal candidates, referral context, or an employer's final evaluation.

Files, imports, and backups

Imported information and exported documents can contain parsing, formatting, compatibility, or user-entry errors. Review all dates, headings, links, contact details, claims, and attachments before relying on or sharing them.

Keep appropriate copies of important source documents and backups. You are responsible for the destinations you choose when exporting or sharing files.

Subscriptions

CVura may offer weekly and yearly CVura Pro plans through Apple or Google. The store shows the price, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable trial details before purchase. Manage or cancel a subscription in the store account that completed the purchase.

Acceptable use

Use CVura for lawful professional preparation and keep the rights needed for any text, document, link, or work sample you add or share. Do not use the product to misrepresent qualifications, expose confidential employer material, infringe another person's rights, or interfere with the service.

Professional evidence should accurately represent your contribution and must not disclose protected client, employer, or personal information without permission.

Third-party services

Store purchases, external links, file destinations, employer application systems, and other third-party services are governed by their own availability and terms. CVura does not control how a chosen external destination handles a shared document.

Suggestions and generated wording

Editing prompts, suggested wording, checklists, and preparation questions are starting points for review. Do not use a suggestion when it changes the meaning, adds unsupported ownership, exposes confidential information, or conflicts with another part of the application.

You remain responsible for verifying the final text in the context where it will be used, including character limits, employer instructions, professional standards, and the exact evidence behind the claim.

Application systems and recipients

An employer, recruiter, job board, email provider, document viewer, storage destination, or other recipient may reject a format, render it differently, request additional information, or apply its own rules. Review the external instructions before submission.

A successful export or application check inside CVura does not confirm that an external system accepted every field or attachment. Preserve the confirmation and verify the status through the employer’s process.

Corrections and version responsibility

If you find an error before submission, correct the focused document and re-export the intended version. If you discover a material error after submission, use the employer’s available correction or contact route and explain the change accurately.

Keep final versions connected to the relevant opportunity so later preparation does not rely on a different draft. Version history can support your review, but it does not transfer responsibility for what was sent.

Availability and changes

Features, supported formats, platform availability, and subscription offerings may change as the product develops. Back up important career data and keep copies of documents you submit.

Professional decisions

Offer comparison, compensation context, career planning, and other decision tools organize information but do not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, or employment advice. Verify material terms with the employer and appropriate qualified sources.
